Megan Silas is a graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Since the age of three she has been involved with gymnastics and cheerleading. In her youth, Megan won several Maryland State Championships and placed regionally on both compulsory and optional levels. Megan was a three-time varsity letter winner and two-time co-captain for high school cheerleading. Out of high school, Megan was recruited to join the University of Maryland All-Girl Competitive Cheer program as a scholarship athlete. In 2006, her team completed an undefeated season, winning the Collegiate National Champion title at the NCA College Nationals. Coaching has always been Megans passion. She is looking forward to her ninth year of coaching, leading the All-Pro All Stars through an exciting 2011-2012 season.
